- My negatives have some minor damage, are they usable?
Probably yes, we accept 35 mm negatives in strips of 2 to 6 exposures with a clean and square edge. If your negatives do not fit these requirements, we can still do the scanning but you must contact us first.

- What about my photos' orientation?
All photos are scanned and saved right side up (1947 pixels wide by 1296 pixels high). If you took a picture with your camera rotated 90 degrees, your final picture file will be on its side. You can correct this condition with your software as you use your photos. NEW for 2002- we now include this service FREE with all scanning orders.
